The purpose of this study is to explore the range of drivers shaping the attitudes and behaviours around meat and dairy amongst younger consumers – males and females – aged between 16 and 34 years.
As part of this study, you will be asked you to complete a two week diary starting Wednesday 7th March using a smartphone app. Across those two weeks, the tasks that you will be given, shouldn’t take more than a total of 2 hours.
You will be asked to record your relationship with meat/dairy products and it would also be good if you can record any meat/dairy products that you yourself shop for and consume over the two weeks.
Across the project there are groups of different ethnicities. For this section we are looking for people from the Indian sub-continent/British Asian and Pakistani/Bangladeshi/Sri-Lankan respondents.
