This study is split into two parts, in the first part we will be asking you to send in a short video via WhatsApp giving a little introduction of yourself and what football means to you and how big a part it plays in your life. Once we have had a look at all the videos sent through WhatsApp from everyone, we will choose the 10 best videos for the second part of the study.

If you are chosen to proceed onto the second part of the study, then we would need you to be available in the w/c 6th and w/c 13th August to talk about and play football. This session would last 2 hrs 15 mins where we would follow you around your home and local football area/facilities discussing the impact football has on your life. This session would be filmed, so you will be followed around by a videographer as well as the interviewer.

Would you be willing to participate in this part of the study? You will be paid for your time.

Before you start each part of the study, you will be asked to sign a waiver allowing us to showcase elements of your filmed session for both internal and external purposes. The footage is intended to be used for training purposes for local authorities and councils to better improve sports facilities and increase participation.
