Riteangle maintains a database of all of the participants taking part in our UK research projects. The details that we retain are the participant name, age, phone number/email address along with details of the research participated in (date, project, client). Without this information, we would not be able to perform the quality control measures required by the MRS Code of Conduct. This information is used solely for the purposes of quality control and it is stored by Riteangle securely on an encrypted UK based server.

All of your responses to questions within the screener will be supplied to our client, the research team, so that is able to see the range of participants that we have recruited and invited to take part in the research. This will help to ensure we have not made any errors and have recruited the right participants, and it will provide the moderator with the opportunity to prepare for the group/interview. The research team have a responsibility to ensure your data is stored safely and only distributed to those within the project team. They are obliged to destroy these details once the project is complete and must never use them for re-contact purposes without your prior permission
