We are looking for participants to take part in a “Cooking from scratch” Project.
This is to be done by Zoom – looking for participants UK wide

Group 1	Tues 12th July @4-6pm	Males & Females – age 45-65	Older families – kids age 11+ / EN or retired	All to be personally involved in choosing and buying cooking ingredients All buying ingredients which bring flavour/taste/seasoning and which are added to a dish during cooking
Group 2	Tues 12th July @7-9pm	Males & Females – age 45-65	Older families – kids age 11+ / EN or retired	All to be personally involved in choosing and buying cooking ingredients All buying ingredients which bring flavour/taste/seasoning and which are added to a dish during cooking
Group 3	Wed 13th July @4-6pm	Age 25-45	Young people who have finished studying, age 25 – 45 years, young professionals- who are now working Living alone or in a shared house or with a partner (not living with parents) A mix of pre-family but also with younger kids (children < 10/11 years)	All to be personally involved in choosing and buying cooking ingredients All buying ingredients which bring flavour/taste/seasoning and which are added to a dish during cooking
Group 4	Wed 13th July @7-9pm	Age 25-45	Young people who have finished studying, age 25 – 45 years, young professionals- who are now working Living alone or in a shared house or with a partner (not living with parents ) A mix of pre-family but also with younger kids (children < 10/11 years)	All to be personally involved in choosing and buying cooking ingredients All buying ingredients which bring flavour/taste/seasoning and which are added to a dish during cooking
