Project – Finance Fraud – UK Wide

Our client is looking to recruit people to take part in a research project.

Thinks Insight & Strategy, an independent market research company, is researching on behalf of the Payment Systems Regulator.

They are looking for males and females age 18+ who are financially vulnerable, have LTHCs, are in really low-paid occupations and have been victims of fraud.  Please, Please do not apply if this is not your situation,

We are looking to speak to members of the public about their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding payments and their attitudes towards different types of payments.

The research would consist of an interview between the 28th of October and the 17th of November.

This would be conducted either online, or over the phone.  The session would last about 60 minutes and would be carried out by an experienced researcher from Thinks Insight & Strategy.

To thank you for your time, you will receive £50 paid via an independent incentive payment platform, Ayda.

You will also be asked to complete a short paper ‘pre-task’ which you should bring along with you to the session.

Everyone taking part in the research will come from different backgrounds and will have a range of different experiences to talk about so don’t worry, there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ answers to the questions I am about to ask you.

FRAUD ALERT:

Recently, clients have said that they have noticed a rise in fraudulent respondents, either lying about their circumstances, changing their names, or applying from foreign countries.

If this is discovered, those respondents will not receive their incentive.

PLEASE NOTE: All to be truthful with the information that is given

• Turning up for the interview/focus group on time
• if you have lied to qualify YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE and YOUR RECRUITER WILL NOT BE PAID THEIR RECRUITMENT FEE
• Any wifi issues which affect the interview may result in you receiving a reduced or no incentive
• Using a device which has not been allowed will result in a reduced or no incentive Conducting your interview from your car will result in no incentive
