How you did your banking before the COVID-19 restrictions, can you tell me which of the following statements best describes how you feel about banking in branch?

Yes, I have been able to access my account and do some internet bankingNo, I have not yet managed to access my account via online banking. There have been technical / verification issues which aren’t yet resolved
