| We are conducting research on behalf of a high street banking group.
The group is introducing a new mobile pension transfer product, which will be available to all retail customers who have a workplace pension. Customers will access the product through their retail mobile banking app. We want to test the usability of the product with customers, to identify any issues or areas to improve. The research will take the form of individual face-to-face interviews, each lasting one hour, where the product will be tested using either a mobile or desktop device. The interviews will be held on Wednesday 25th September at the offices of the banking group in the City of London. For your participation you will receive a payment of £60 in cash.
