| We have been commissioned to conduct some research about people’s health experiences and the health service in their local area.
The research will take the form of two 90 minute discussion groups which will be held at a venue in central London on Wednesday 27th November. As a thank you for taking part you will receive a payment of £40 in cash. Group 1: Females – 6.00pm
Group 2: Males – 7.45pm
Looking for 8 people to take part in this research. All to have one or more long-term conditions concern (mental or physical) e.g. asthma, diabetes, arthritis, psoriasis, eczema, etc. If you’re interested in taking part in this project, please enter your details below, then click on the “Register For This Project” button at the bottom of this form. Once we receive your application, if you fit the basic criteria, we will contact you for further screening before you’re selected to take part. You will only be contacted if the answers you’ve provided meet the criteria for this project and we have spaces left on the group – if you do not receive a response then you are not required to participate on this occasion. |
