| If you took part in the first stage of this study in October, please don’t apply for this as you won’t be eligible. ______________________________________________________________ Waltham Forest Council is conducting research to understand residents’ experience and fear of crime, perceptions of safety and its impact on quality of life to inform future initiatives and activities. The first stage of this research involved holding in-depth interviews with residents from different backgrounds across the borough about their perceptions of crime and safety and its impact on their life. These took place in October. This second stage involves conducting three focus groups, each lasting approximately 1 hour 45 minutes. The details for the groups are as follows: Group 1: General mixed group – Monday 25th November, 6.30pm to 8.15pm
All groups will take place at Waltham Forest Town Hall. (The town hall is well connected to local train and bus routes. Free parking is available on-site after 5.30pm). Incentive/thank you payments of £60 will be provided to each participant. Light refreshments will also be provided. Looking for 36 people – males and females aged 16+ – all residents of the Borough of Waltham Forest.
