| We have been asked to carry out research on behalf of Department of Health and Social Care.
The research is to explore ideas for a new scheme that would give various kinds of support to young carers (children under the age of 18 who have caring responsibilities at home). We would like to conduct group discussions with healthcare professionals to explore the idea of a recognition scheme and their views on both the principles and practicalities of being involved in such a scheme. The research will be conducted on Monday 9th March 2020 as two group discussions each lasting 90 minutes, at a venue in the London Bridge area. As an appreciation for your time and contribution, you will receive a £120 thank you payment. This will be in the form of online vouchers or a payment into a Paypal account of your choice.
