| We are currently inviting people to participate in a research project to help improve the service and experience of the Couch To 5K Online Community. We’re hoping that we can invite you to help feed into this research with your thoughts and opinions.
The research will entail you being interviewed in-person at your home and then potentially going for a run with the researcher. In addition to that, depending on whether you are a current or lapsed runner, you will need to complete 2 homework tasks which will take approximately an hour each: THE CLIENT is ONLY interested in non-office-based/blue collar participants (taxi drivers, beauticians, care workers, lorry drivers, chefs, etc.). 1. A detailed introduction of who you are, where you live and why you started Couch25K, what you like about it, etc ~ We will also need a photo of you in your running gear. 2. Completing a Run Diary, or attending a Park Run and uploading a short video about it. So, your total time commitment would be approximately 4hrs across the week. We know your time is valuable, and would like to offer an incentive payment for your involvement: £100 for lapsed runners just having the In-Home Interview and not needing to complete the 2 Homework tasks £200 for current runners having the In-home Interview plus the run and/or completing the Run Diary or attending a Park Run. The incentives will be paid in cash when you meet with the researcher for the In-Home Interview. Looking for 10 males and females to take part in this research.
