We are currently conducting a study among bar managers and were wondering if you would like to participate. More specifically, we are recruiting bar managers who would be willing to have one or two of our colleagues come to their bar and interview them for one hour. During the interview, we may ask you to make some drinks. We will be audio taping the interview and may take a few video clips. We will of course pay for the drinks and we will pay you for your time as well. Does this sound like a study in which you would like to participate?

Would you be able to get approval from the owner of your bar (if you aren’t the owner) to have us interview you and videotape you making drinks in your bar? Please note that we can be very flexible on the times we do this….can be in the morning before your bar opens and/or during down times.
