The client’s aim of the project is to spend a couple of hours with you, talking about the neighbourhood possibly about schools and supermarkets, possibly churches and just what living in the community is like this is called ethnographic research.

 We are seeking to understand in depth their differing experiences of the following:

●      Who are the people around them and how do those relationships contribute to their lives?

How have these relationships changed over time?

●      How connected do they feel to their place and the community that lives there?

●      Where do they feel most / least connected, why, and what is the impact of this?

●      How do they seek support and what barriers do they experience in receiving it?

We want to listen to a mix of people in the community—a mix of genders, ages, life stages, diverse heritage backgrounds, household types, employment experience, educational background, health, well-being, and disability, and time spent in the area.

 We are coming to listen to them and learn about this in an open and nonjudgmental way. They are the experts in their experience, and we want to understand it more deeply. All our conversations will be anonymous, and research participants will be de-identified in any notes/ audio recordings.

The dates are 8th Nov as well as the 12th, 14th, 15th, and 16th Nov. and any 2 hr slot up to 7 pm.  This session can be in your home, local pub, local cafe or any quiet space.

The incentive for the entire project including a pre-call is daytime interviews – £110 / Evening £120

FRAUD ALERT:

Recently clients have said that they have noticed a rise in fraudulent respondents, either lying about their circumstances, changing their names, or applying from foreign countries.

If this is discovered, those respondents will not receive their incentive.

PLEASE NOTE: All to be truthful with the information that is given

• Turning up for the interview/focus group on time
• if you have lied to qualify YOU WILL NOT BE PAID ANY INCENTIVE and YOUR RECRUITER WILL NOT BE PAID THEIR RECRUITMENT FEE
• Any wifi issues which affect the interview may result in you receiving a reduced or no incentive
• Using a device which has not been allowed will result in a reduced or no incentive Conducting your interview from your car will result in no incentive
