On the day of the session, we will be using an online chat platform called VisionsLive which will involve the below:

A couple of days before the session you will receive an email invite sent via the platform with the time and date of the session.

This email will also include a ‘join the session’ button to click on to access the session. By clicking on the ‘join the session’ button, you will be placed in a waiting room, in the waiting room, you will be able to view a demo of how the session works. We will still ask participants to join 10 minutes early so they can check their tech is working ok and that everyone is ready to start.

At the start time of the session, the moderator will invite them from the waiting room into the session. Questions will be asked by the moderator via text and they will need to type their answers. There is no requirement to download any apps, just simply join from any web browser (any device – smartphones, tablets laptop, computers). Ability to join the session 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Online there will be participants and moderators in the session and also clients interested in observing the chat. The clients won't have any of your personal details or be able to interact with you directly
