We are conducting some research on behalf of Westminster City Council. We want to hear from residents, of all backgrounds, about their experiences interacting with the council. We are developing a Customer Experience and Digital Strategy and your feedback at this early stage will help inform our approach. The Customer Experience and Digital Strategy will set out a vision of how the council will work in a more customer focused way. This includes how the council engages with residents to design policies and create services. It also will look at how the council can embrace new technology. We are carrying out a study of the views of residents of Westminster for whom English is not their first language and would like to invite eligible residents to participate in a group discussion. As a token of our appreciation for participation, each person will receive £50 as a thank you for their time. The group discussion will take place on Wednesday 16th October at 6.00pm at a venue in Westminster. Looking for 10 people – males and females aged 18+ – to take part in this research.
Once we receive your application, if you fit the basic criteria, we will contact you for further screening before you’re selected to take part. You will only be contacted if the answers you’ve provided meet the criteria for this project and we have spaces left on the group – if you do not receive a response then you are not required to participate on this occasion. |
