| We are looking to recruit people to take part in a research project. The research is being conducted on behalf of the charity Stonewall, which is a national charity that supports LGBT equality.We are looking to speak to a range of young people who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET) to talk about their experiences. We are especially interested in hearing from young people who identify as LGBT, so that Stonewall can understand how to best support LGBT young people to access education, work or training.
The research will consist of a face-to-face interview on a date and time that’s convenient to you, during the period starting Tuesday the 23rd of April and ending Monday the 6th of May. This will be conducted in your home, or alternatively at a place of your choice, provided it is suitable for an interview (i.e. you feel comfortable having an open conversation there, it is not too loud, etc.). The interview will last up to 2 hours and will be carried out by an experienced researcher. You will receive £80 as a thank you for taking part, paid in cash at the end of the session (or, if you prefer as a voucher). You will also be asked to complete a short paper ‘pre-task’ which you should bring along with you to the interview. Looking for 4 people – aged between 16 and 24 – who fit the following criteria;
